  Conversion Hoists | Dump Bodies | Snow Plows

NOTE: We are assuming the Conversion Hoist will be installed in conjunction with an NBC supplied body, with structural steel longsills.

1. What capacity are you looking for?
2. What type of commodity will you be carrying?
3. Are you thinking of pulling a trailer with this vehicle? (Usually a problem with this type of application)
4. What transmission do you want? Manual or automatic? If automatic, how many times a day would you use hoist?

In order to put a hoist under any body,
the longsill on the body MUST BE Structural Steel

1. What size body are you looking for?
2. What cubic yard capacity are you expecting to carry?
3. What type of commodity are you hauling? (sand, gravel, broken concrete, etc.)
4. What type of transmission do you want? Manual or automatic?
5. Are you planning on pulling a trailer with this truck? If yes, see the Pintle Hook Sheet for additional questions.

1. What type of terrain will you be plowing? (Flat paved parking lots, gravel drive ways, rolling terrain, etc.)
2. Will you be plowing areas where the snow will have to be banked up and out of the way?
3. Will you be doing any night plowing or night driving with the blade attached?
4. Would you prefer electric/hydraulic operation or fanbelt driven under hood hydraulic?
5. Do you plan on plowing heavy snow?
